Wave compensated twin arm davit
VESTDAVIT HN - type
The HN-type davit is a two-point davit for lifeboats and Cruise Tenders or combined lifeboat/MOB and large high speed boats. The davit is characterized by it's compact design. The standard HN-davit has all equipment integrated on the davit structure, including the hydraulic winch and electrohydraulic power unit.
The davit has flexible hook distance.
- Typical users : Coastguard, Navy, Supply Vessels, Seismic Ships and Cruise Ships.
- Capacity : 5000 - 18000 kg.
- Hook distance : Flexible and on request.
- Power : Hydraulic + stored power after latest SOLAS.
- Optional equipment : Dynamic shockabsorbers, self tension winch system, line pullers, hydraulic end stop.
- Approvals : DNV, Other approval by request.
- Certificate : CE marking according to the Marine Equipment Directive
